I showed up to buy ammo and a batton and new gloves for work. When i was asked oitside by the female employee what everyone needed i did not answer fast enough and she said i dont have time for you. I will take my business eleswhere from now on. Very rude.

At one time Insite was my exclusive source for firearms and firearms accessories. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. I've spent thousands of dollars there over the years. Not any more...Purchased two compact automatics from them and went back a couple of months later to offer to trade one of them in (unfired). I was considering the purchase of another pistol. I was waited on by a youngster whom I did not recognize. He looked at me like I was a criminal, refused to even open the box and look at the pistol, refused to make me an offer and told me he wasn't interested in my business. I haven't been back since. I now do all my business with King in K of P.
