Enck's Gun Barn

The one redeeming thing is that they have a Silencershop Kiosk but have a very limited selection of cans in stock which most of the employees know nothing about how to do the Form 4 paperwork. Average prices on your average guns, nothing special.For people who like inhaling lead and having an annoying range officer constantly watching you while you shoot at a stationary paper target that does very little to actually prepare you to defend yourself.... there is an indoor range. Never been impressed by the employees except the only one who could help me with purchasing a suppressor, who was a female no less.

Walked into this place of the street with a grand in my pocket to get a rifle for my son and a pistol for myself as recently just transferred here and prefer to keep my money local. I was greeted with an attitude for just looking in the window first then lectured for not placing a rifle exactly the way it was when I picked up. Yes indeed I'm blue collar 100% and love guns. I refuse to spend a dime because I'm dressed like a working man and judged by it. Prices we're fair, unfortunately your 'better then the rest attitude likely cost ya 4k as that's what I sirens on firearms annually (not counting ammunition). Ain't much by any means. However training your staff on how to treat customers or potential buyers is crucial in such a competitive industry. Inventory was decent. Service was horrible. I'm certainly in no hurry to make a purchase on something so important for my boy. Best of wishes.

Terrible. I was a repeat customer until today. First I asked a simple question about price matching and was met with nothing but poor attitude and one word answers from several employees. Second we came for the Valentine's day special for couples. It was advertised as $15/hr for two sharing a lane. We arrived at 3:45 and was told we could only shoot a half hour due to them closing the range. Keep in mind there is a sign on the range door that says they close 10 min prior to the store closing to clean up. I asked the young kid at the counter if we would only be charged $7.50 as we were told we can only shoot a half hour due to closing at 5 pm. The response I received was yeah I guess. Upon checking out I was charged the full amount of $15. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never return to enck's and will tell anyone we know about what occurred and never to patronize this gun shop. Shame on the encks employees except the gentleman inside the range who could do nothing but apologize for the poor behavior of the other employees. Then upon leaving I requested to speak to the owner or a phone number for the owner and everyone played dumb and didn't know anything and handed me a business card. My wife was new to shooting now no longer wants to because of today's experience. No more Enck's for us. They lost two weekly customers over $7.50

Very accommodating staff, range staff exceptional !! Great visit.

The workers at the range are always willing to help you become a better shooter, unlike at some other ranges. Range prices are very reasonable too.
