Very rude!!!! They required customers to wear face masks but both owner and his employee did not have one on. I guess they don't care if they pass anything on to other people, just interested in protecting themselves. I won't go back to this store.

Purchased my first handgun here this week. Was looking around and asking A few questions regarding a the few handguns they had left. Instead of answering my question, the owner stated we would appreciate if you didnt ask so many questions, we been swamped all week. I politely answered Im sorry, this is my first handgun purchase. I cant make this up. If I wasnt in a bind to get something that day, I would have walked out right away. I ended up making the purchase, but would never go back. The other sales man actually had to apologize to me at the end, saying Im sorry, were usually a lot nicer. Thank you for your purchase. Decent inventory, but awful customer service.

Great people to deal with. A friend of mine bought a couple of rifles and recommended these guys and I have to say they are knowledgeable about the products they are selling but also stand behind them. I bought a rifle around the holidays this past year and the first time out with the rifle the shell extractor broke. I called them the same day and they said bring it right back we'll take a look at it. Got there and they apologized for the issue and said they would take care of it right away which they did. I have put over 1,000 rounds through the gun at this time with no issues and have been back a number of times for ammo and other items. I would highly recommend Survival Trail to anyone looking for guns and ammo....support local business.

Survival Trail: Being a very novice gun owner I have had some bad experiences as a young woman trying to buy the right pistols, rifles, and accessories. The staff at Survival Trail were patient, happy to help, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice men to purchase my 3 firearms and ammo from. If you are a woman and want to be treated respectfully and equally please stop by Survival Trail. There wasnt a rush even when there were others waiting. Oh and this was the first day Gov. Wolfe opened gun shops. Five Star - I will be spending a lot of money at this establishment.

Bart and his team were great. This was my first gun Ive purchased. Other gun stores Ive been to before have always been condescending and shrewd. Ive been eyeing for awhile and they stayed past their normal operating hours to let me pick it up. We ran the background check as I was enroute and all i had to do was sign a few paperwork and we were good to go. No attitude, no speaking down to, no pushy tactics, just a simple sale. Definitely would recommend and do business again.
