Extremely nice owners of this family owned store.. I have read some reviews and found that many people haven't looked up the new laws on Fdle that has put the nuse around shop owners. Another thing people make reviews and haven't ever walked through the doors. Common sense of course would be when placing an order over the phone is to ask them there shipping turn around. They may not have everything you need for your order so they may have to order some there vendor. I have found in big stores only allow you to purchase a limited amount of ammo. This store have just about everything at this family owned store, if not they will order for you. It's a family environment. You dont stand in a line for service. I bought a 9mm from this store for a birthday present. But people need to think the same nuse they are trying to impose on NRA it's double on Gun stores. If you don't like the new changes that the Democrats are planning of our 2nd ammendment Thank the Democrats who are trying to rewrite it..of course when anything happens the Democrats scream take the guns. Our guns sit quietly where they are put. Ours dont have legs. It's not the guns that do these horrible acts of violence, it's in the sick minds of the one holding the gun. Also on the weekends they have an auction on the other side of the building with all kinds of things brought in by different people. Mostly all new items. Don't post a review if you've never been to the store. These are nice downhome country owners that make you feel like family.

I just completed a multi-year NFA item transfer process with this shop and watched the customer service decline extremely during that period. Currently, they aren't very professional or knowledgeable. Still nice people, but when you're spending a lot of money and dealing with things like NFA tax stamps and long detailed paperwork you'll be disappointed. I would still shop there, but I wouldn't do something as involved as this with them again.

Great prices. Very friendly and helpful staff . They have an awesome CWP course that is very thorough, informative and interesting, with no dull moments.

I've only been in this store once and purchased a MFT Battlelink Stock. Price was comparable to most online vendors and of course it was in hand so everything was good. I think a lot of reviewers who are complaining about online orders (no tracking) don't understand that Freedom First Outfitters has nothing to do with this. Such items are drop-shipped from major distributors such as RSR or Sports South. FFO pays a monthly membership fee to belong to a distributor network. I have experienced the same issues with both another local vendor (The Gun Vault in Pontiac) as well as one of the 'big boy' vendors (Smoky Mtn. Guns & Ammo in TN). No tracking, order is perpetually 'in progress' then bam! The order shows up at your door. If you want to go with an online vendor that provides an instant order number and tracking there are any number of online vendors (Primary Arms, Midway, Brownells, Cabelas, etc.) that do this. As for the unanswered phone calls, well, can't help you there. FFO might want to address this issue. I have no relationship to First Freedom Outfitters I'm just a one-time customer.
