I purchase my gun one month today. I been trying to find out when it will be shipped I can not get a hold of no one everything is Automated. I call the phones same thang do they have ppl to talk to or is it just computers.

Terrible service to a good customer. I wouldn't suggest anyone of Color spending their money here... Stood at your counter for a hour while everyone else was helped but me. I thought this was 2020 not 1920... but I guess South Carolina is South Carolina....

Employees are not wearing masks and we are in a pandemic with rapidly increasing infections. I also stood at the gun counter for 5mins awkwardly looking at 5 or 6 employees who appeared to just be standing there chatting with other coworkers. Only about 3 customers were being helped but there were 7-9 employees behind the counter. A very helpful and kind guy helped me with my purchase. So I bumped it up to 2 stars because he was greatCustomer services needs some training. When a customer walks up, if you cant help them right away at least say hi! someone will be right with you

cute and pithy remarks when it comes to the questions people may ask about the products. Try and get some info about a product you may have ordered online. not a real friendly site or company. maybe too macho for that.
