What a great group of professionals. If you are anywhere remotely near low country South Carolina, you owe it to yourself to visit the shop in person for a consultation. Whether you need specific components, or you want to plan out the build of your dreams (like I did), they will take great care of you. Their rates are competitive, but if you are like me, cost is secondary to quality, and they have Quality at the forefront of their daily business philosophy. Thanks CBC!

Great service!! High quality parts but totally affordable. Best customer service I have ever had! So glad our friends told us about them. Cant wait to get to the gun range with the hubs ! So excited !

I had ordered a few products to test the 'waters' of this company. I had a positive experience until my last order. Like many other companies doing business on internet, CBC took my money on a product that was not in stock. This isnt catastrophic on its own but so many more companies actually show their available stock BEFORE the purchase. I dont want to buy something and guess when it might be shipped. I also emailed and called CBC over two days without a response or someone picking up the phone! CBC u have to do better than this? I did get an emailed response on third day after asking is CBC out of business. Word to the wise when doing business over the internet: USE A CREDIT CARD. If the purchase is sketchy just cancel the charge thru CC company instead of waiting for reimbursement from company. I dont wish any bad mojo on CBC but please up your game?

I ordered an AR9 kit from CBC. First, there was a mixup and it went to the wrong address, mistakes happen. When I reached out to them, response from CBC took several days as they had one person in charge of customer service and she was out of office for a few days. When the kit finally got to me, it was missing the entire buffer tube assembly. They corrected it and got it right out to me. Finally got my AR built, bought my lower from them as well. The lower says 'glock compatible lower', however the glock mags I bought do not work - the mag catch won't catch. So now I have to contact them again, however I am lamenting that idea as I have had terrible luck in reaching them in the past. Last time I had a technical question I literally played phone tag with them for a month and ultimately got no answer. They really could use or general email box for support and people that will answer the phone. Just pray you do not need support or have an issue with your order.
