He is very good at what he does. Class is small for one on one if you have never shot. Has guns and ammo to rent if you don't own one yet.

I had a very valuable experience taking the CCW training class offered here. It was apparent the instructor had experience in what he was teaching, and although I have been raised with a respect for firearm safety, Richard made sure I understood the laws regarding concealed carry with an emphasis on firearm safety. I wouldnt want to take a CWP class at any other location and I would recommend this instructor to any of my friends or family members interested in obtaining a concealed carry permit.

i took class from Richard, his knowledge is incredible about shooting, self-defense, and SC laws. he spent the time to show us self defensive shooting out on the range as well as gun safety. i'd recommend his class or shooting out at his range to anyone.

Took the Gunsmoke class previously. It was a positive experience with a small enough group that personal instruction was possible. It was thourough and the instruction was professional. The range facilities were covered and great for small classes with personal instruction. My wife will be taking her CWP instruction there in the near future as well.
