I've had a really great experience from this store from the hand full of times I've been there in the past couple of months. I just moved to Sumter from Charleston and this has been my go to store. I've bought a Shtil pressure washer and gardening products from them and they were friendly and fast. I went in yesterday to buy a firearm, but they didn't have what I wanted. That was to be expected because of the high demand for firearms these days. The customer service in the firearm department was really helpful and gave me other options not related to their business. That has also been the case for their gardening department when I was looking for a rotortiller. Their honesty and good intentions has only wanted me to be a life long customer. It is much appreciated.

Paid over$160 for a pair of boots. Turned out to be too big. Woman at the front said I couldn't exchange them because I put them on. How else are you supposed to see if something fits. None of the Simpson's will be getting anymore of my money. Will never shop at any of them again.
