Hobby Lobby

This stores employees ruined my love for Hobby Lobby as a whole.

Had a poster installed into a frame. Had a nice selection of frames.Staff did an excellent job of putting everything together.It was completed when promised.Staff members were wearing facial masks.

Great store

Staff were not focused on customer satisfaction.

This craft supply store has a fairly large selection of a great variety of craft supply goods for anyone bitten by the creative bug. If you want to try a new creative skill; you can go through the isles and find a few components and tools to get and try. The store is organized fairly well where you can find all that you need with relative ease, but if you cannot find it, the staff there will help out and at a quick pace as well. If you have questions about a certain product; most of the staff were knowledgable about the products; and if they didn't' know, they would take the time to look for someone who did know. The thing that knocks down my opinion are the prices; as they are on the high end of the price spectrum. You can go on amazon, walmart, or other suppliers online and find the same product for much cheaper with free shipping even. However, if you are the type to get a small selection of items before you buy in bulk online, or need something right away; this is a good place to do just that. Keep in mind that Hobby Lobby is a very religious store brand; so you will find many products that have a religious base throughout the entire store. I have walked into this store during peak times and the waiting times for the register is not very long; with usually 1 to 2 areas open. Staff has always been incredibly friendly, conversational, and helpful. They do have sales frequently, but you do have to pay attention what those sales are in relation to what type of products. It is easy to obtain an item that you think is on sale, but doesn't fit in the sale category. They also do not use barcode scanners; where all prices are marked traditionally with label maker markers. So there are some products I have seen where prices fell off or someone forgot to stick it on the product. The store is clean throughout.
