Today. June 29th I went into runnings in Watertown sd. To find out the female manager was very rude. And when the main male manager came he was 2. All I was trying to do was exchange my new 20v dewalt chainsaw. That was 68 days old because it was leaking chain oil out of a couple plastic areas. Which it shouldn't of been. There was a 90 day instore return policy on it if something happened. Or if u dont like it. So I tried to exchange it and they wouldn't let me. Cause they said it was to close to 90 days. But there was still 22 days until I hit 90 days. If I was a day or 2 before 90 with no actual reason I could see them saying no. So they kinda made me believe that there 90 return policy was a lie. Would give zero stars if I could
