Great group of people here. Appreciate them repairing my gun and hooking me up with a free magazine when I bought another gun here.

I am going to fairly give this place a 4 star because of my visit and how I was not pressured or ignored. It was a great balance! the guys there let me browse and pic whatever rifle I wanted to check out, they approached me and said 'If you have any questions about those guns we are here for you' The prices were competitive and like everywhere else these days, the inventory was kind of low on AR's (that's understandable). Overall, I think this is a great gun store and I would recommend it to everyone. Now, the one AR i was considering was Ruger AR-556 and the price was good I just was not sure what model, I left the store and went home to think about it because it was a bit over my budget. I called the place 3 days later and asked if it was MPR or is it a different AR. The guy who answered the phone did not know what an MPR stands for, he kept saying what does that mean? so I told him what it stands for, I said I just want to make sure it is the MPR model and if it is I will come buy it right now. He got so confused, he told me 'we don't have stuff like that' LOL! I am new to the whole gun things but I have done about a month + of research and video watching to understand what I am looking for in an AR so I do not buy anything cheap and unreliable. I am sorry if you did not know, you could have asked one of your guys, they are all very knowledgeable or at least just take a look at the box and come back with the model # and I will know if it is or not. This is why I did not give the whole 5 star rating. Still like the place though.

Took two older guns there for repair or estimation of value. Gunsmith was dismissive and borderline rude. Will never patronize again nor recommend to anyone else.

I have been in the this gun shop on 3 occasions. Each time it was a polite and rewarding (also learning) experience. The service was quick and efficient on both repairs (one on the sight for 9mm and other was holster repair. The owner did not charge for the repairs and was patient and professional. I am going back this week to look for another firearm. Dr.D
