Great prices, great variety, and kind service.

They advertised on Davidson's Gun Genie and I selected them to finalize the purchase. Gun was sent to them and they wouldn't accept it.

I am currently having the same experience as Dave with their online store. No stock, no answer, pending order for 3 days. Going to call today to get order cancelled...

Be careful...actually ZERO STARS...I ordered a gun from their website...gave them all my info and credit card information...received no confirmation email or response from a direct email sent to them...called them the next day and was told they couldn't track the order because the gun wasn't in their store but they ordered it from another retail store...called again a couple of days latter and they said they never received an order from me(even though they issued me a order number)...said they would research it and call me back 30 minutes latter...three hours latter I called them again and was told the order wasn't placed and that they would order it again for me...except the price was over $150 more this time and they would NOT honor the price advertised on their website. Bottom line...I passed up a 20% discount sale at a reputable gun dealer because I had already ordered this gun from Topside Gun Warehouse...this is NOT a reputable online gun dealer and they have no qualms about using false advertising to misrepresent their prices and reneging on the advertised prices they do show ...their customer service/response time is horrendous...a disturbing and harrowing experience. And as further evidence the gun is STILL listed on their website at the price they will not honor.
