I drove an hour here to pick up a bike that my local store didn't have. It was not assembled properly the first time. So after an hour wait it seemed to be fine only for me to realize when I got it home they had left some pretty important parts off the bike.

Went and looked around at shoes for almost an hour. No one asked if I needed help or anything. Got home and decided to check availability of shoes in my size on website. Website said they had them in so I paid and was waiting for my pickup time. Got email stating that they did not have the shoes even though it says they do on website. My payment was canceled but very frustrating to have to go through this for a pair of Brooks shoes. I even heard one employee tell a customer that they didnt carry an item that was on display. Really?????
