I placed an online order with SMGA on 6/30 for FFL transfer to Florida. The item shipped on 7/2 and I was able to pick it up locally on 7/6. Overall extremely pleased with the price and service I received. The order process was fast and simple and delivery was much faster than I had anticipated given the volume most dealers are experiencing right now. I can also add that the item I purchased is in short supply and most dealers are charging well above MSRP while SMGA came in slightly under. I will most definitely do business with them again!!

I have purchased a firearm for a good price so I give them credit for that. I have talked to a couple people on the phone and they were very polite. However I cant seem to get through to them that sitting in the dark on an order I placed is absolutely unacceptable. I have another firearm waiting at my ffl that i purchased the same day as the one I ordered from this company. It has been over a week and I am no closer to knowing when I will get what I paid for. Why? Other companies are delivering on their promises. Yes a bit longer than usual but this situation is not. Slow to ship is unacceptable. If you are so swamped that you cant talk to your customers or ship a product timely then hire more people. I dont know your situation but I want my product. If my emails got responses I wouldn't have posted this review. I am not pleased.

Smoky Mountain G&A was the only dealer, online or local, that had the Canik tp9 elite combat executive in stock. Everywhere is was sold out but I came across smga and they not only had but it was also on sale for $58 less than palmetto state. On top of that, they also offer free shipping.... So once my order was processed, it took just 2 days to arrive. I just went to my local ffl at 1 oclock on a Saturday to pick it up. 5 stars for sure. Very happy

First time purchasing from the site. The order was a bit slow to process but, that is to be expected in the current climate. Once it was actually shipped, it arrived in just 2 days. Very pleased with the product and price. Would buy from again.
