This was a very interesting and wonderful experience I suggest if you have the chance to go visit the farm or at least visit them at the downtown Farmers Market on Saturday morning in Lubbock Texas near the Buddy Holly Center

Loved this place, the owner shows you everything from planting to harvesting. So cool to learn, the atmosphere is awesome.
