Called up there and asked if they had a shop I could use to build two AR lowers out. They asked if I was LEO, Armed Forces or had and LTC. I confirmed I am/do have one of those and they said to come on up. Used their shop and assembled my lowers without issue. They had all the tools I needed and many more that I didn't need for this job. The build room is a cornered off room which they lock you in for security reasons I assume. Employees were very informative on any questions I had and we're happy to give me instructions if I hit a snag during assembly. Best part was, they didn't charge me a dime! I mean, noone does that. Let me use their time and resources to assemble my firearms. They also told me their FFL transfers are $25. Definitely my go to shop in the DFW area moving forward! Great people, lots of product in stock and a segmented off build room. Who could ask for more!?

I bought three extended magazines from DSG. All three springs failed over a couple of years. I asked them about replacements springs only. Mike in customer service kept sending me emails asking me where and when I got the magazines. I took pictures And kept emailing him back. He dragged it out for days just to tell me that he wouldnt help me. Then referred me to there website where I had to pay full price plus shipping. Very poor customer service. This company does NOT stand behind there over priced products!

Excellent selection of tactical equipment for military and law enforcement. They sell awesome their own clothing brand as well. I picked up a nice jacket that is in my opinion better than any northface Ive ever owned. Their staff is very knowledgeable as well. If they dont have something in stock they can get it.... fast. They carry an extensive collection of duty holsters, belts, boots, lights, optics and there website is great as well. A hidden gem.
