Cancelled two appointments on me ,on two different days,after rescheduling me, and cancelled each appt only a few hours before appt time,then asked if I would like to reschedule for next week very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I normally dont write reviews but here I am. I needed tempered glass replaced ASAP. My front storm door had broken & I only had one day off. I called a different glass company who gave me an estimate of $350 & about a weeks wait. (I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because Im young.) I called binswanger glass company & they guaranteed the glass would be done in a few days. Also only charged me 1/4 of the price. Very helpful!!! Theyre affordable & reasonable. Erica at the front was very sweet & patient. Recommend them for any glass services.
