This is a clean and organized facility. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, and just cool people to talk to in general. I was having problems with my 1911, not only did they help me dissect the problem but fixed it right there in front of me free of charge. I just bought my wife a .380 and it was a very fair price, as is everything else in the store. I will absolutely be going back.

I had warned my buddy about the very poor customer service/relations here. I told him that if he ever wanted to feel like he was being a bother, to go to this place. (Three years ago, I vowed to NEVER set foot in that gawd aweful place, again, and I haven't). Anyway, he was really looking for a handgun and could not find one anywhere due to the panic buying. So, he decided to give it a try, anyway. He called me up after he left and told me that as soon as he walked in, he was asked, 'Are you looking to buy something or just gonna look'? He had about a thousand dollars with him and actually intended to buy. Within 2 minutes, he was gone. Quickly decided to not leave a penny, there. So, he took about a 45 minute drive (a minor inconvenience but very well worth it) to Beeville, a place that I highly recommended to him that has excellent customer service. He spent his money there, got an excellent handgun and said that the people there were very friendly and made him feel at home. Well worth the drive! He can't say I didn't warn him!
