The Arms Room

Way over priced.

I was a member here and had a firearm purchased from a 3rd party and had transferred to the Arms Room solely for the FFL. Even though I had tracking information it had arrived the previous day, an employee told me they wouldn't release it until they call me, without even checking if it was ready. I asked how long they would keep my property and was told 'well actually you don't own it sir, we do. We'll call you when it's ready'. I didnt get a call and had to call myself two days later. There is no legal recourse if an FFL wants to just keep your gun indefinitely so saying they owned it was a HUGE violation of trust. Cancelled membership even after sticking with them through COVID when it was closed. The range is good and most employees are, but for FFL transfers buyer beware.

POOR SALES & BUSINESS ETHIC!Will not buy from here!Let me start off with I've shot here numerous times with friends and family and never an issue. I recieved an email Friday stating a pistol I've been wanting is in stock for $750. I show up Saturday morning and gun hasn't been recieved or inventoried and was told to try back Tuesday. I arrive Tuesday and gun is recieved but not inventoried told to come back Wednesday. I show up Wednesday and pistol is for sale but now is $900+ (pistol retails for $750-$850) I was told they are not honoring their emailed price it was a mistake. I proceed to ask about using a 20% off coupon they sent me for my next firearm purchase which had NO expiration date and was denied because it's not in the same month. I feel this is just price gouging because of the recent spike in sales due to the pandemic scare. Either way to shady and to much hassle for me.That's my experience here.

Nice guys, cool place. Got my firearm ordered and received from them with no problems.

Was on hold for 15m. Walked in while on hold and saw 3 employees standing there talking to each other. I walked out never to return.
