First time being there and an older gentleman gave a negative vibe. I ordered something online and used their place for transfer. Happy to pay the fee and I even bought stuff from their place. But the gentleman that tried to help us first asked questions like, 'Did we call you to come pick up your item?' I said, 'No but I received an email confirming the delivery completion.' He responded with, 'Well if we haven't called you, you cant come on your own.' While finishing that sentence, another fella, younger, came out with our item. He ended up helping us and did the process of transferring in less than 5 minutes. 1 star is because of the guy that helped us, 5 if the first guy that 'helped' us actually wanted to help us. Felt like he didnt want us there.

Told me they were going to have my guns ready in a month they took about three months went in they didnt even care they were selling about six firearms to one guy and they just gave me my guns back and said here we cant do it after four months of wasting my time do not recommend them at all I dont know where these people are from having been born and raise in Edinburg on my life will not support them in anything having to do with the city of Edinburg.I sure hope they not getting any tax relief from our citizens in Edinburg I will be looking into.
