Im from out of town, several states away. I work at a local sporting goods store so I have experience with the industry. I was greeted and asked for help as soon as I walked through the door. Nice, clean place with a good gun collection, archery section, ammo and an NFA section. They also have gun smithing services as well. The owner was talkative and knowledgable. I ended up coming back before my trip was over to buy a gun from him. Overall it was a pleasant experience at R & Ms.

Horrible customer service. I had phone call with the owner and I was simply trying to get a quote for how much a handling fee of a pistol would be and he hung up on me. Really pathetic.
