I had them ship two shot guns to another FFL located in Colorado. One of the two ended up with a broken stock. When i notified Drakes their response was a standard disclaimer......' thats out of our hands! We are responsible for packing and shipping only!' Very sad how quickly they jumped to disavow any responsibility whatsoever.

Brought my upper to replace the barrel and the gas system and I am very pleased with their job.Nice job Stephen. BEST gun-smith in town. Ask for him. Clean and fast.
