This place is definitely what you call a hole in the wall. But it's a good thing because you should never judge a book by its cover. The owner, Chris, made us feel so welcome and we definitely feel like we got our moneys worth.As soon as we came in we were immediately greeted, their staff is very informative, very welcoming, and very nice.We've been to a lot of places to buy some of the stuff we were looking for, and you can't beat the prices that this place has! I promise you walk in and do a price check and they have the best prices. Very easy parking in this area, it is also next to a pawnshop.They seem to have a very loyal client base, they seem to know a lot of people by first name. It was busy when we came in but it doesn't mean that we weren't helped. Chris is so nice and he really knows his stuff and we could definitely feel his passion. We will definitely be back!Also they also have a gun range & on certain days it's super cheap, and on certain days women are free! They also have happy hour as well.

I have done business with Elk Castle (now Intrepid Shooting Sports) for over half a century. Their gunsmith Dave is one of the best in the business anywhere! He has always solved my gun problems going above and beyond the call of duty. Paul and the other management have always treated me extremely well. Every firearm I have bought from them has been excellent. They know their business and they treat their customers very well.

Awesome! They were super friendly and helpful. We never felt rushed. My husband and I shot today for only 7$ bc women shoot free on Mondays. We will definitely be going back there and taking others!

Customers for life! Women are free on Mondays and the lunch special is $5 at the range! We have purchased 3 guns here and absolutely love the staff! Everyone is so welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had! The first time we went was when COVID had started so they were super busy, but we did not feel rushed at all and every time we go they still take the time we want/need to work with us! We love the range there so much we drive 35 minutes to use it (we pass 3 others on our way). My wife and I will be taking our CHL there, because the instructor is awesome! I have to say the bad reviews must be from a prior owner, there is just no way I can see the staff being anything busy amazing! They make you feel like family from the moment you open the door!The one time we were given inaccurate information about a gun we purchased the owner was willing to make it right without question. Basically I could make this review go on forever I have so many good things to say about the staff! We will NEVER use another weapon retailer or range! We are customers for life!
