My husband purchased the RZ 17 Tactical Forward Assist Pump Shotgun. He was hesitant to purchase it at first because it was a low priced gun; he wasn't sure how the quality would be. Well, he has me writing a review so he was very happy with it. For the price this gun shoots great and he hits the target every time. It runs the shells through like butter. My son, doesn't like shooting, however even he loves this gun. For the price, you will be extremely happy with this firearm.

Had an issue with one of my shotguns They were able to determine the problem and fix it with no charge Great customer service and they fixed it for me and tested it while I was standing there

Got a bad.410 double. Gun would not close and lock while loaded. Called them up they told me to ship it back for a replacement. I'm still waiting for mailing label. Told me I would have by 8pm next day according to their tracking number.Still haven't received it. Finally taken care of. TR stood behind their product. I'm very happy with outcome, just a little slow.

The customer service is as good as one could want. I had a problem with my gun and they handled it exactly as I would have hoped. Great company that I will come to first for the next shotgun I buy .
