Called Bobby to request replacement box. Box was received with a hole and several 'rough' places. Gun was received with no damage (Cimarron Bad Boy 44). Gun is excellent in appearance and performance (8' version) and I wanted a nice box to display it in. Thank you Bobby!

Would give them a zero if I could. My husband purchased a Thunderer gun from them that was defective, under warranty, and needed repairing. He tried for 6 months to return the gun for repairs. Their customer service people Chip and Bobby gave him the runaround and NEVER follow through with their promises. Check reviews on the internet about this company. This seems to be a common problem. Would not recommend buying ANYTHING from them.

I ordered a Wyatt Earp Buntline thinking it was coming from Cimarron direct. It ended up coming from Texas Jacks which is in very small print at bottom of the contact us part of website. You had to really look after the fact when it was too late. The gun was shipped to my normal gun pick up place which actually sold the gun for over $100 less. Company would not entertain working with us for adjusting the price to be more in line with what retailers actually sell it for. And you pay $60 dollars shipping each way. Other than that overpriced experience the gun is beautiful. Note to self check local sources first.
