RUN FAST! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER THEY ARE THEFTS!!! If I could get a less than 1 stat rating I would in a heart beat. My husband is a cop and a vet. I am also involved in the criminal justice system. So needless to say we have experiance with buying firearms Most people you meet that own gun shops (in our area) are good people. They treat you with respect and ain't looking to screw you over. This is the worst experience with a gun shop and a gun shop owner ever! We placed an order online through their store for a firearm. After receiving the conformation we called on the following business day to confirm order and inquire as to when would be available for pick up. We were told that the website had not been updated and the firearm was not available. We were insured that we would receive a refund in a "few" days but to call back to make sure the process had been started. Called again (numerous times... no one will ever answer) to confirm the refund process had been started and spoke to a women and she advised it was in the process but if a refund had not been sent by Friday to call back and speak with the manager.  I called back since no refund had been given and asked to speak with manager in regards to refund. A young man said he just came in and didn’t know if anyone was there but he would check. He placed me on hold and I eventually spoke to a woman who advised that she would look into it and call me back in a little while. After not hearing back I called and spoke with Oren. He was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. After threatening to file a dispute with the bank over his initial refusal to provide a refund he told me that if we want to file something with the bank there would be no refund because that is the policy. When I told him i would begin the dispute process and also be contacting an attorney. He got even more rude and told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they even started the refund process if they do. I again tried to ask if there was something that could be done but he hung up on me. Not only have they not given us the gun we ordered but also at this point refused to give us the money back. I ended up filing a dispute with the bank and talked to the police about filing charges. The officer advised me that he would see what he could do to help us out but he did let us know that this place is known for doing this to people.At this point we contacted an attorney in case we had to go though civil court and also contacted the DAs office to make sure that this was in fact a criminal offense. We know it is but each county handles stuff differently sometimes and unless you push hard sometimes things slip through the cracks. Thank goodness for the officer we spoke with originally. After a few more days he called to let me know that the matter was discussed with the owner and he was informed of our desire to press charges unless this was fixed. After a day or so I recieved a very short and ugly email from the store saying that a refund would be issued. After a long long process of continuous arguing and a major headache we finally got out refund. PLEASE PLEASE do not let these people steal from you as well. NEVER NEVER NEVER shop here!

Highly disappointed in their price gouging during the COVID crisis. It would not be a major issue for a 10%+ mark up on regular msrp but for example they are charging almost double the going rate of a Glock 17 gen 4 (which is the old generation) reg 499-550 and they are over a 1000. They have even marked up the good ol hipoint to laughable pricing. I just dont understand the lack of ethics in order to make a quick buck in the short term. I understand supply and demand but this is bad business practices in a short term shortage.
