As beginners in the worlds of fire arms my wife and went to Kingwood guns and had the worst experience while at the store. We did not feel comfortable and felt threatened in that store in fact we where feeling a little scared with one of the salesperson who had a bad personality and the worst customers service. This is one place that you would think that you should have a level head but this salesperson was out of line and felt creepy he should not be working anywhere near firearms. My opinion people with ego problems and attitude should not be in sales of firearms. (Caveat Emptor) Please go with caution is all I say. The incident went as follow. The sales person look creepy as if he was listening in our conversation. He had a sneaky look and we just ignored. When we decided to purchase the firearms as we are buying I question why are we being sold the store model that has been handle buy who knows how many people. The salesperson from the other side of the counter leaped and snatch the application right out of my hand and started to rant in a scary way what, what you dont want to buy it you dont want to buy it and snatch leaped forward and yanked the application and the gun case My wife was scared of him! We headed to another gun store and the service was impeccable and we spent over $2000 dollars.
