Guys I cant say enough about how good Brush Mountain Outfitters are. Every time I go in the staff is very willing to help with whatever I need. The owner Jeff is the best. Great service like you would expect from a local owned store. If you are in the area I highly suggest stopping in and visiting with Brush Mountain!

Man. This isnt fun. $252 for new strings and cables. Wow. First off, Ive done business with Brush Mountain on a couple of occasions and have never had a problem with the work they do or been charged this much!HOWEVER, not one employee knows what the other is up to or what theyve done and the communication back to the customer on what is going on is almost zero.16 days to get new strings and cables. Never have I had this take that long in over 5 years of replacing strings at various bow shops. Upon leaving my bow, I asked for the bow tech to call me to see if I could get a custom part. I am yet to receive that call.After one week I called and was told that the strings were not ordered. After 10 days, the young man that answered the phone could not give me any information on an eta or if the strings had yet to even been ordered and was not sure when the bow tech would be in. Day 13: I was told that they would be done at 5 the following day.Day 14: Went downtown at appointment time aaaand (surprise) they werent done and told me to come back at one the next day. Day 15: call to make sure they are done on time. Get told to come pick them up 3 hours later.

Great shop the staff are very knowledgeable. Jeff and Ashley really strive to get you the equipment your wanting and take the time to make sure its the right fit. Ive been hunting over 30 plus years. I purchased my last bow a year ago from BMO and Jeff spent the time with me all the way down to the knocks on my arrows. I literally walked out with a work of art with my Bow. Best shop in west by far.

Be here a few time and everytime I went I had awesome with the staff they always answer my questions add there own experiences in as well which is always helpful and appreciated ashley is always very helpful when shes there even helps me explain to my wife how much I can use the new gun I want lmao really nice people and great staff I'll be back for sure

I've been to Brush Mountain Outfitters several times, today I bought a rifle, scope, and a few accessories, for my girlfriends Christmas. The service was phenomenal, and I dont think I'll be buying any of my shooting or archery supplies anywhere else but from Bursh Mountain . They have made a customer for life outta me. Great service, good knowledgeable staff, and superb atmosphere, they treat you like family, not a customer. Jeff has done a great job and I cannot brag enough on the service.
