These nasty people suck i bought a new gun here it had pits and scratches on the slide at my expense 60 dollars bill offered to send me a new gun to cheap to send a shipping label really to cheap to do anything that would help the situation he couldn't even give a 50 dollar credit a complete waste of time and money These nasty people suck he was Wright about one thing i shouldn't have bought a gun with these unprofessional cheap asses lessons learned i hope this helps anyone considering a gun from them bill was very aware I was leaving this review and welcomed it with open legs and arms well there you go bill another happy customer

Should have ready the verity of reviews before placing an order , should have asked for order and shipping policy as well = buyer bewareRecap of issues with Nagel'sNo clear policy on email and phone orders was provided No order confirmation or shipping information provided with in 24 hours of taking the order : but my MC card was charged instantly and funds were collect by converting pre authorization to actual charge without delivering any service or shipping information - this is against MC PolicyNo customer service, and when this was pointed out to Nagel's there was no attempt to correct, instead it was viewed as an insult by Nagels: facts are facts 'no service is bad service'A credit was finally issued and the matter is closed between me and Nagel'sLeft it to Master Card : to decide what to do with these incompetent people.
