The rifle purchased is a solid piece of equipment. It took 7 months for them to finally ship it. Unfortunately, it was shipped with the wrong sights. I contacted them via email and they stated they would ship the correct parts. Weeks later it was not received so I contacted them again and it was completely ignored. I attempted 4 additional emails about a week apart each and never received a response so I gave up. They assemble a good product it their customer service has a lot to be desired.

I ordered a 11.5 SBR the last week in January, 2020. completely custom including Cerakote. It was delivered to my dealer at the beginning of June 2020. The build took a while but with the pandemic and the crazy increase in orders the guys still managed to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. I am still waiting for my tax stamp so I have not been able to fire the weapon yet but I have been able to examine it and the quality of the build is exceptional it far exceeded my expectations. The Cerakote crew knocked it out of the park, I chose the Kryptek Neptune. They did not make it to bold or flashy which is what I was wanting. All in all it an exceptional blaster.
