A phenomenal experience every visit! The people are outstanding at Lone Star. The facilities are top notch as well, but it's the people who make this place so awesome. Doug and Larry at the range are great. It was Doug who helped me figure out a good handgun, as I was renting several handguns at the time. Ronnie sold me on a great handgun with a crisp trigger and fine features. Steven is now my go to man, after he helped un-jam my gun when I tried some new ammo, which turned out to be not to specs in some rounds. He took the time to disassemble my gun and make sure that I was oiling it properly. These people care very much that you have a good experience.You cannot go wrong with Lone Star. Their excellence in all things firearms cannot be matched. I visit regularly!

Staff was unknowledgeable, rude and dismissive. Didn't care enough to answer questions. Prices are marked considerably up. Would NOT recommend.

Well if I could give this place a 0 I would. Very displeased with this place, I wanted to buy a scope and it was label a certain price. I thought about it for a lil bit because it was alot of money and I walked back up to the cabinet and agreed on the price. Mr Steven still was there waiting and we went to the cash register and it was a total different price like a $140 dollar more and they wouldnt honor their price they had mark which to me is BS . If there is a sale price on the box the company should own up to it hands down. So just be careful what you buy be prepared to spend more money when you check out I will never go back to that place or any of my friends. I will say Mr Steven was a very nice gentleman and knowledgeable about the scope I was looking at.
