My daughter took a slide thete to get a engraved name covered. Before she could get it back. A very long time for such simple job. She was murdered in Bellmead TX. I had a night of drama trying to reclaim the slide. But ended up with it. Along story short my daughter would have refused it as i must day it was not even close to what this man can do. Very disappointed in this & dont believe i would return again. 150.00 wasted
