I purchased a used firearm from Texas Ranch Outfitters through Gunbrokers, and it arrived with a cracked stock. I called TRO and we opened a ticket with UPS. Although I've had issues with Matt, Sherry finally resolved the issue with UPS. I got the full story today, and this was not a TRO issue, but UPS's. Sherry was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend TRO for all firearms purchases.
