I could not be more happy with my experience at Hero's Arms. My 12 yr old son and I drove 3 hrs to Hero's Arms for his first double gun. We went there for their selection of value/quality double guns at very competitive prices, I am taking the time to write this review due to his service. He took the time to have a couple guns ready for us when we got there and then kept going to his inventory to find the right gun for Holden. For you Harry Potter Fans it was like going to the Ollivanders of Double Shot Guns with his stacks of quality guns....' the gun picks the shooter Holden'!Thank you Taylor for a great experience and a great gun.9.12.2019 Update.Holden just shot his first 25 which he went on to shoot his first 50 finally ending the run at 65 where he missed and then went on to finish the round 74 out of 75!

I purchased a new browning o/u from taylor approx a year ago. I live 3 hours away so I took a ride to his place of business with two trade ins. Taylor looked over my trade ins and immediately offered me a fair trade value toward his gun. I have steered a friend to him who purchased a shotgun also and he was completely satisfied. Taylor is a gentlemen and fair man, you will be treated with respect and fairness. Something you don't find often enough in this day and age .

I've known Taylor for a number of years, visited his shop many times, purchased guns from him, and asked him to do a number of transfers of guns I've bought from out of state sellers.Taylor's conduct of his business is completely above reproach. He is a kind, decent, fair, good humored, and highly intelligent person, and an HONEST business person. Period.I always look forward to the opportunity to interact with Taylor, whether money changes hands, or not. He's a gem of a human being, and he's doing a great service for his customers.Shame on the so-called customer who tried to purchase a gun without proving she was a legal resident of Vermont, and then bashing him with her hateful review. Her review should be ignored.
