Background checks and lines! Background checks take a day to comeback, event hough it is no the ay it is supposed to be, they just tell you: do you want your gun? You need to wait . it is not our fault the system is delaying the bckgrndchk-poor customer service. They tell you that in order to get seviced you have to make an appointment, even if someone needs to look at the guns or ask a question. And still when appointment time comes, they tell you to wait outside the same as walk-ins. They lack organization and coordination in the shop.Finally, when I asked about the gunsmith services which definitely listed online, I was told 'Yeah we have one, but I wont be able to help as I dont have time for this now.' They don't have a good efficient structure there.

I dont know how this store has any negative reviews. I just left the store with my gf and received some amazing service while purchasing a handgun. We were helped mostly by Jason, who answered all of our questions and was very informative and knowledgeable. All the other employees were friendly aswell though. Highly recommend this store for their great firearm selection, and amazing customer service

Another great transaction with NOVA! The seller fell through a bit so my name was not on the delivered package. But NOVA got right to me to verify. When I came to pick up at the appointed time, they handled me with surefooted efficiency and, as always, great courtesy. They made a business interaction in these difficult times smooth and secure.
