I have been shooting here for over a year and have a membership and usually have a good experience with good customer service but today I walked in exactly at 5pm and it was a closed party and the guy at the desk was extremely rude. I am a combat veteran and a local business owner and I would never treat my customers this way, even if the Republican Party is here to shoot.

I'm a Diamond member at the Lynchburg location. The facility is really nice and I use it almost daily. I have bought multiple firearms, accessories, and ammo there. However, the customer service in generally terrible. Many of the staff have no customer service skills and Gary the manger has been rude on several occasions. I know many others that feel the same way. I'm leaning to going back to Lynchburg Arms since they are very friendly and helpful.

I went to shoot for the first time in a long time and found the staff very helpful and the gentleman running the range was very helpful with tips to increase my accuracy and safety. I would recommend them to anyone.

My family and I came here last weekend and for most of us it was our first time shooting a gun. We wanted to try something new and we used Groupons which were a great deal! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ken took his time explaining the differences between the guns, how to hold them, safety precautions, etc. Chris helped us during the duration of our visit while we were in the bay area and was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had. Jennifer was also very knowledgeable and helped ease our nerves and made us feel comfortable. John and Rachel were also very helpful and made our experience great! 10/10 recommendation!
