I tried to transfer a firearm or at least start the process but due to their FFL being expired on the dealers end it held up the proceeds and instead of sending a updated copy he instead caught an attitude and sat on the information wasting my time. Every gun shop has at least one crotchety grumpy old man working behind the counter. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, I did.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and not a single person helped me or said someone would be with me soon. 4 people behind the counter only 2 were busy and the other two wouldnt ask if I needed help. Horrible customer service. Will not go back!

The older, larger gentleman made it plainly clear I was not welcome there. 1) intentionally ignored me and greeted a second group that had come in after me after I had been standing there for ten minutes in front of him. The second group had to correct him. 2) still didnt acknowledge or offer to help me. I had to tell him why I was there. 3) ignored my questions. 4) ignored me being going out of my way to be polite. 5) made sarcastic comments on my way out. Maybe it was what I look like or maybe he took offense at me wearing a mask for his protection. Even though I happen to be active duty, and think Ive earned the right to not be treated like I dont belong here, No one should be treated in this manner. This seems to be every bit your stereotypical non-welcoming gun shop. Beware.

They had an organized and laid back atmosphere. Good selection of handguns, rifles and all ammo. Great prices on magazines too. I'll continue to come here regularly.

So I have ordered a couple of firearm transfers to the store and one I have been waiting for arrived about 3 hours ago and they still haven't processed it yet but she said for an extra 25 dollar fee they would drop everything and get it done her exact words. They have the most rudest people working there they act like all they get are people bugging them all the time she made me feel bad for even calling them and asking about the pistol needless to say this will be my LAST visit to the store I have Gale Force Guns a little farther away but at least the people there act like there happy you came in.
