They're extremely slow and disorganized right now (side effect of covid-19). While I understand they're busy due to the circumstances, it doesn't seem like they're particularly friendly to their customers...worse, they seem to be inefficient at getting people in and out quickly.

Excellent Experience overall. Very helpful and friendly staff. I liked their selection of revolvers. They also have one of the most innovative computer-based kiosk I've seen for doing FFL transfers. Good prices, good experience.
