Dropped off a rifle for simply be tapped to be able to mount a scope. Was told 1 maybe 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and no call, I called. Was told they dont know if its done because its not in the to be done shelf and to call back. So I called again a week later. Same answer. Called 4 days later . Was told they werent sure where my gun was. Maybe at the store or maybe at the gunsmiths house/shop. Finally 3 days later they said it was done and ready for pick up. I was expecting probably $80 max. $150! To drill 4 holes! I felt obligated to pay it because its not like they could in-do it. Zero communication about the progress of my firearm. The work looks to be done with skill but 4+ weeks is quite ridiculous. Even with Covid-19 happening. Will more then likely not do business with them again. Or very little business.

These guys were so very helpful! I called at least 13 other stores looking for something specific for my boyfriend, with no luck, I called them and they had it! I don't know much about guns and they made me feel comfortable and even offered to keep that specific ammunition in stock. They will definitely be our go to.
