Was at this store yesterday July 10th, 2020. They have nice inventory and was asked to be helped by a young lady. I asked her why she didnt have a mask on. Apparently it isnt required although its been state mandated since July 7th. I assume the manager, a tall young man cane around asked me if I wanted him to put one on. His tone was somewhat challenging. I told him as a customer I expected all employees of a business to wear one. He told me it was on an individual basis only.Perhaps you should train your employees especially your store managers on what the law requires thru this pandemic. I did not like his cavalier response nor the bad example he set for other employees. I will not shop at your store again, regardless of whether you have nice goods or not. This isnt a political issue, it is a health/humanity issue. To be so cavalier, disrespectful of health concerns at this time is just not acceptable. I will be taking my complaint further up the food chain in your organization (TrueValue).Ive been a businesswoman for 44 years and have seen many things. This was deplorable.

Great service, they carry stock not found in the big warehouse stores.

Clean store. Helpful employees. They have everything from A to Z.
