I have been to Palmer a couple of times now and the staff has always been extraordinarily helpful and professional. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions regarding the rifle I was having them build for me and they took the time to answer all of my questions as well as make recommendations to increase quality while saving money. I doubt I will ever shop anywhere else ever again. Love these guys!!!

Great place with quick service. Probably why they are always busy. Will make the 30 min drive whenever I need something they offer. Prices are very reasonable.

If you are buying a gun from somebody else you are messing up. A year ago and a half ago I bought a sig 938 that mike had recommended. Turns out it was not the one for me. I wasn't mad at him or anything a lot of my friends own them. I had mentioned it in conversation while bringing my friends there to buy their first guns. Mike then told me to bring it back next time. I ended up going back a week later and he worked with me on an exchange for a different gun. Not because I was angry. simply because as he put it 'Why would I want to lose you as a customer? I want you to like everything. ' I definitely don't expect that everytime I buy a gun but still super cool I believe I'm at like 5 guns from him soon to be 6!
