Poor overly priced selection of gear.

I have had better interactions and courtesy with livestock than I have had with Jonny B. When attempting to exchange an item that did not fit for an item of more value. Jonny B stated that the item was used. The item still had the tags on it and it was never used. After voicing my concern Jonny B engaged in a debate with me. I asked him how a debate would alleviate the situation for me as a customer he didn't have a response and then sarcastically said have nice day. I'm glad this happened because I went to the Eddie Bauer down the street and picked up the same product of better quality for a better price. Not spending a dime here ever.

It was okay definitely needing some fishing supplies restocked, it was pretty decimated, but understandable under the circumstances.

The place was clean, well organized, and staff very friendly. I was able to find what I wanted rather quickly, as the aisles are clearly marked what is down themI really liked it there
