Updated: Spoke to Danny and he has assured me the situation would be addressed. Thank you for your willingness to accept criticism.Usually a good experience but I had an uncleared weapon repeatedly pointed at me last time I was in. PLEASE educate your employees on proper firearm etiquette. I have no desire to look down the business end of a handgun.

Had a gun built 2 years ago 1st of all it took forever to get done and 2nd it still doesn't work properly even after multiple times taking it back to the shop !!!!!! So although the build is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like I wanted it's only functional purpose at this point is a very expensive paperweight!!!!!!

They performed a repair on a defective pistol barrel. It took longer than expected but they were successful and the price fair.
