First time in the shop today. Nate seems very knowledgeable and assisted with swapping out a muzzle brake. Fee was more than fair and had a great time discussing guns and listening to recommendations to others in the store for their specific needs. Thanks for the quick help. Will be back for sure.

Hands-down the best shop. Really stand up customer service. You know how you can really tell? I've spent maybe a total of 30-40 dollars total here. Doesn't matter. They treat you with such decency and like you're their top customer. Definitely will be coming back

Excellent business, fair selection but extremely lacking in customer experience. Honestly I see a lot of these negative reviews and their engagement for their customers is wonderful. And their selection and pricing is more than fair and looks high quality. Don't let the small shop fool you I have it on good authority that these guys know exactly what they're doing. However, after having visited them I can honestly say their customer service needs work. When I walk into your shop for the first time one of the best things you can do is make me feel engaged and welcome and that's not really the sort of feeling I got. Between the three employees none of them seemed happy to be there and none of them seem happy to talk to me. When one took down the information about what I wanted done with the rifle I brought in he seemed pretty Curt and dismissive. Not really giving me any assistance on what I should have done or what his thoughts were. He just seemed to want to fill in the paperwork and get done. After a dismissive expect it in a couple of weeks, all three employees simply seemed to treat me like I didn't exist anymore. I'll be clear I have no doubt that they are professional and that they will take care of the order I brought them with the utmost ability. But if you're coming into their shop hoping for something friendly or engaging especially for a first-timer be warned it's not exactly a friendly place.

Bought a handgun online. Had to wait over the weekend to ship. Was able to comeplete the background check and firearm transfer within 3 hours of delivery and 45 minutes from the time the store opened. Great business during the covid-19 pandemic.
