Took a 9mm out there for a small repair on Aug 6 I needed it done by the 10Th for a birthday present. They didn't think that would be a problem for what needed to be done Just needed a small spring reinstalled on the magazine release button. A 10 minute simple repair if you know what your doing. I was quoted $40 personally thought that was a bit high for what needed to be done as I was quoted $30 at another shop but they couldn't get at it in time. So I gave him the job. He said he did.t see any problems and he would call if he ran into anything else. I gave him the manual for the gun and the spring so NO PARTS NEEDED So I call on the 10th to see if its done only to find out OOH THERE CLOSED ON MON AND TUES Guess that wasn't and important factor when I dropped it Off. No answer out there till Thurs and I'm informed that he hadn't even looked at it yet and probably not get done till the following week. It was finally done on Aug 20th. When i went in to pick it up I was informed that the bill was now $75. When I asked why he started winning and said he wasn't FAMILAR WITH THIS GUN AND THE REPAIR TOOK HIM A WHOLE HOUR and he had to go and find repair manuals ETC ETC Never mind that I gave him the manual. I guess this was all my bad cause I thought this clown was a Professional Gunsmith TAKE YOUR REPAIRS ESLEWHERE THIS IS ONE PISS POOR BUSINESS

No Stars! Took my gun here for scope mount. Wea quoted verbally, $125 for four (4) holes, drilled and tapped. I though this was pretty steep, but there are no other options in Milwaukee. When I picked up my gun, I was charged over $200. Yes, that's $200+ for four holes, drilled and tapped. Never again! I now go to the Gander Outdoors building in Kenosha. A building filled with competent Gunsmiths, at a reasonable price. AND, they stand behind their estimates for work performed.

That place is a joke and the gunsmith is a clown.
