I took a private lesson with Mike, having never shot a handgun before. His lesson was fantastic. After working in the classroom, we shot 50 rounds on the short range. We did several drills; his expertise, directions, and corrections made me feel much more comfortable with a firearm. His recommendations for additional instruction/ classes seemed rooted in a genuine wish to help me developed my skills rather than get my money.

I've purchased multiple firearms from Fletchers and the staff is by far the friendliest you will ever find around here. Customer service is very important to me and tells a lot about a store.

First time going to the range and it was a wonderful experience. I've shot before and brought my own firearm but never at an indoor range and specifically not at, Fletcher Arms. The range was clear of brass and garbage and overall the facility is very well maintained. The store is fully stocked and they have a great variety of firearms to purchase or use on the range if you don't bring your own. My wife had never shot before and Nicole at the service counter was an AWESOME teacher to get her down with the basics. She was also very helpful in researching a holster for me too. She was super professional and it was okay if I or my wife didn't know something. She'd educate and explain rather than scoff, unlike some other gun stores I've been to. Would definitely purchase gear/ammo here in the future!

Enjoyable experience every single time I stop by for a visit. The staff is consistently friendly and organized even when it's incredibly busy. Nice to see everyone is on the same page and across the board the staff knows about their inventory. Lastly, the customers are smiling and engaged with each other and the staff..no wonder they are busy! Thank you, Fletcher Arms for the always welcoming atmosphere
