Two older gentleman working the fly shop were of immense help, very patient with all their customers, provided valuable intel. Will definitely be back my next time though Jackson.

What a bummer. A customer for many years to this shop, and a fellow fly shop <employee myself>, today's customer service at check out was so incredibly horrible. The female that helped my family and I couldn't have been ruder. Yikes JD might wanna chat to her about her attitude problem.

I needed a new pair of shoes for one of my youngins. I expected to pay big money based on the stores location, but the prices were fine. The staff were very very nice. We went back for fly fishing stuff. Patrick was so kind to my 14 year old. He helped him pick flies and gave him some pointers. Thank you, Patrick.

Like most we spent way more than we had intended, but great selection and prices not bad. Staff was very helpful.

I did not end up spending much time in this store. Upon entering I saw a group of three employees standing by the cash register, they were talking very loudly about some customer who had, apparently, asked a very dumb question and all three were mocking said customer. Now, I am not naive enough to think this customer was completely innocent, it probably was something very simple that they should have already known the answer, but to have employees standing around openly mocking customers is not something I can support.
