Asked for our estimate and was told as soon as they received it they would send it. Asked again a week and a half later and got it in 30 secs. Then asked for the measurements and no response. I know they are busy with other projects and I don't fault them for that. But I felt 'forgotten' I have cash in hand for the remodel and don't need to finance. Otherwise they are really freindly. I hope someone else has a better experience than we got.
