I was coming here for a few months and Pawning and getting items out of pawn. I went in today and asked to get $200 or $150.00 for a guitar that we bought 1 year ago brand new for almost $500.00 Terrance the guy usually behind the guitar side of store. Said even though you have a good pick up history I can only $125.00 he also said ma'am I know everything there is to know about guitars. I also did my research and only 1 guy on eBay was selling one for $125.00 the rest used went for $200,$260,$300.00 used all I wanted was Max $150.00 but OK fine I'm over it. I put my ring on the counter he offers me the same I've owned it before so I tell him I need to call my husband To communicate with him that I'm about to pawn my ring also. So he tells me I can go to other places Greer's pawn etc. They take guitars more than we do. OK fine. He didn't know why I was calling my husband which is None of his business anyway. So I go back in and he asked did I get a hold of him. I said no. He said ma'am look at these guitars and this one he picked up and brought around the counter because I wouldn't look at it. I was on the phone mind you and he kept talking being rude again repeatedly saying look at this guitar. He proceeded to my side of the counter and held the guitar he was trying to show me in my face and in my personal space. I said you don't have to be rude and put a guitar in my face, I don't care that guitar has nothing to do with me. He said OK ma'am your hypersensitive and closed guitar case even though I didn't pawn it and told me I can take my business somewhere else because he doesn't need it or want it. I said its on camera that you came around the counter trying to force me to look at a guitar that had nothing to do with me. I said would you want someone putting a guitar in your wife`s face? He didn't answer. This is all while I'm just trying to get a hold of my husband. I said I will never come back here again and neither will my husband you just lost 2 customers. He said I don't care we don't need you or your stuff. All while the older lady at ring counter was watching and she made comment to about we don't do guitars very much. They better be glad I didn't react the way I wanted to and that my husband is out of town but don't worry. It's not about how many people you know it's about who you know w and he has no idea who I know. And this isn't over the it s pawn shop will be exposed for a grown man forcing a guitar in my face and pretty much demanding I look at it. All of Ft. Smith Arkansas and Oklahoma will know soon Terrance. I might even get some advise from my attorney about this. Do not waste your time people I'm telling you he is rude and super psychotic. A customer came in at the end of his confrontation and heard me say I will never come back here again and him repeatedly calling me hypersensitive. Yes you just put a random guitar in my face!!

Honest

I stopped there to buy powder and bullets and possibly a scope. I waited for someone to help me with the scopes but never got acknowledged, guy looked at me but was to busy showing a taser to some kids. Looked like he didn't want to get off his stool after he was done showing off for the kids. Looked like they had a good selection of merchandise, but with no customer service I might as well shop online and save some money. I won't be back.
