Excellent sales and service. Explained all benefits and features of bike. Friendly staff .Other bike shops I went to before purchasing my Rail 9.7 had sales staff that didnt have knowledge of their products. Rob made the purchase experience easy and fun. Highly recommended.

Nico is awesome, he helped do a quick tune up on my son's bike, replacing the brake pads and doing a quick lube of the gear shifters for a reasonable price, as my son doesn't ride much but I wanted to have the bike checked as we do a 40 mile fondo each year and I wanted to make sure his bike was working well.I have been coming to the shop for several years and always get good, quick service thats reasonable in price.
